Wasted an hour of my life waiting on the hardware guy and the end result was i had to pay for a part he ruined. This ultimately cost me hundreds of dollars in time and money because this place can cut threads on new pipe. Next time, just tell the customer that you cant perform a service. Really, i would have understood. Now i wont return, ever.
